The wrong framing
The decision is not "which CRM has more features." Both have plenty. The decision is which piece of your business already runs on the tool.
When Monday wins
Monday CRM is a great fit when the sales team also runs its projects, quotes, and onboarding inside Monday. You get one system of record, one login, one automation surface. When someone joins a deal, they can see the whole thread of activity without hopping tools.
When HubSpot wins
HubSpot pulls ahead when the sales team is doing high-volume email cadences, tracking opens and clicks, running paid ads that need attribution, or building a marketing funnel that has to talk to a sales pipeline. Those are HubSpot's home turf. Monday can do a piece of it, but not without duct tape.
The 10-person trap
Most 10-person teams pick HubSpot because it looks like the "real" CRM, then use maybe 10% of it. If you are already inside Monday every day, adding the CRM product on top is usually the cheaper, faster, better-adopted option.
